After a fantastic meal, then we moved on to dessert session.

We had Yogurt Cocktail Fruits, cost RM8.90 before tax. The fruits cocktail is rich in variety of fruits and the purple colour layer came from the Dragon Fruit. The taste was sour and I believe it was certainly came from the Yogurt and if I am not mistaken, they served pure Yogurt as I could not taste any sweet or sugar content in this dessert. This dessert is absolutely good for health, digestion and diet because of its low in calories. It is best to consume when it is still chilled.

Immediately after serving the Seafood Curry on the dining table, came another interesting dish that was Steamed Fresh Prawns with Young Coconut, cost RM21.90 before tax.

I personally think, the dish made a bit different than the usual one found in other Vietnamese restaurants by setting it on fire with the purpose to burn the prawn shell partially and brought up the seafood aroma. The fire went off within a few minutes. The prawns were cooked initially but the fire made it smell better and taste sweeter like a combination of steamed and grilled effect.

Unfortunately, we have to share the portion of this dish which came in 6 prawns only. Also, I would suggest they use coconut water instead of boiling water in the coconut, so it would probably made the dish even more outstanding.

According to Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur homepage, Lai Po Heen is described "An elegant Chinese restaurant specialising in contemporary Cantonese delicacies and dim sum. The décor is reminiscent of the grand ancestral homes of Chinese-Malaysian tycoons from the turn of the century."

This restaurant is known to many, from families' reunion to social and corporate societies. There are private rooms available as well. This is a Halal restaurant, hence, there are a lot of business meetings held at this strategically located restaurant.

One fine day, I received a special delivery from a hotel personnel whom we have business dealings with them. He delivered some freshly steamed dim sum to my office. I had others like Chee Cheong Fun and Egg Tarts finished once served to me they are my favourites. Hence, left only Siu Mai and Shrimp Dumpling for photo taking. This restaurant is known for serving good and fresh dim sum. My comments on all the mentioned items above were good taste, quality and keeping its standard very well.

Zing Restaurant, Grand Millennium Hotel which is located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Zing Restaurant serves authentic chinese cuisine. Ambience is cosy and quiet atmosphere which is best for fine-dining. The classy interior and decor are very oriental.

Each of us served with the appetizer which have 4 items on each plate, there were stir-fried Kong Pao chicken, stir-fried Squid, salad wanton and deep fried soft shell crab with mayonnaise. Like the way it was prepared as we could enjoy and taste each and every item thoroughly and have allowance space for the next dishes to come. Overall of the dish, tasty and presentable.

Interior of the restaurant is certainly cool and chic. Having white and blue colour coordination that gives the impression of a restaurant by the beach. Romantic during evening and trendy during day. The place is certainly very suitable for social events.

I had this wonderful dish way back in year 2008, a whole bird of stuffed roasted chicken and shared with friends. The golden colour of roasted chicken was appetizing with the roasted aroma smell coming out, made me wanted to have the whole chicken. The appearance did not disappoint me as it was tasty as well.
