The kangkuung was fresh. The kangkung was stir fried with the belacan sauce. The belacan tasted a bit spicy, sourish and salty. The kangkung was chewy and soft. This dish is best to consume along some plain rice.

Nicely named drink. This drink was cold and refreshing. The chocolate milk shake blended nicely tasted so creamy and milky and rich in chocolate aroma. The cream was not oily and yet it was creamy rich in milk taste. A pretty sweet cold and nice drink.

Stir fried baby kailan along with some chinese wine (Siew Heng Zao) and also Yu Lou. Garlics and onions slices are also included inside. The bay kailan was not soft but they were crunchy. I had always prefered kailan taste in soft texture but this dish was really delicious too. As the sauce was really thick sticking on the surface of the kailan making it to be juicy vegetables.

The lou she fun was thick and chewy. The dark brown sauce was gravy and starchy, fully filled with a lot of tender and juicy minced pork meat. A raw egg was added into it after the dish was ready to be served. This helps to make the sauce even smoother and tastier.

The sauce was not so thick, a bit watery. Tasted more to sweet and less to sourish. The pork meat was fried and then cooked together with the sauce. Although it was not crispy but the meat was really tender and juicy. It was very delicious dish but I still prefer the sweet and sour pork which tasted lesser sweet. However this dish was still tasty too.
