Sweet and Sour Pork
All time favourite since I was a kid. The pork meat was deeply fried until crispy, and the meat was still soft and tender. The sweet and sour pork was a bit watery but it was still thick. Tasted sweet and more to sourish (my favourite kind of taste for this dish). The pork are still crispy although there was sauce on them. The meat was really juicy, absorbed a lot of the sauce.

Ginger Onion Fish
The fish fillet was so fresh that its flesh tasted so sweet, soft and smooth. The fish filllets was stir fried along with ginger and onions with some sort of Kuay Teow thick sauce. It was stir fried till the sauce was almost dried and yet the fish was not overcooked too.

Seafood Beancurd
The tofu was cut into smaller pieces and then fried until golden brown. The sauce was not too starchy but it was still thick. The sauce contain some chinese wine (Siew Heng Zao) too. The tofu tasted so sweet along with the sauce and they were soft and smooth.
