Lean meat and yet it was tender and juicy. Not oily.

All the braised dishes was Delicious, the braised sauce was nice tasted a bit salty, great to eat with the porridge.

The duck was braised for a long hours. The braised duck was definitely very soft, smooth and juicy. The duck meat used was half lean half fat. You can taste the aromatic fatty layer underneath the skin of the duck. The sauce was very tasty matched perfectly with the taste of the duck.

The fish head was slightly fried first. The fish head flesh was smooth and juicy. The broth was tasty and milky. Few pieces of paddy chillies are added into to add some spicy feeling to the broth.

The pork ribs was coated with sweet and sticky honey. They were definitely tender , soft and juicy to be eaten. You can see the shiny texture through the photo. A very tasty and delicious dish.

Steamed Tilapia with Spicy Bean Paste Sauce
The tilapia was fresh and is cut half spreaded widely on the plate to be steamed in a thick and gravy spicy bean paste sauce. The fish tasted a bit spicy, sweet, sour, salty, soft and smooth.
