Kam Hiong Fried Rice Cry Oct 15, 2012

Named "kam hiong fried rice",it is supposed to be very delicious but it turns out to be very awful as it tastes so SALTY.Probably this shop's supply of salt is totally free.mad

The two pieces crispy biscuits on top of the rice actually are Indian papedum. Eat together with the fried rice makes me feel like eating Indian food and Chinese food at the same time. The shrimps are also not really cooked. Anyway, please dont order this fried rice if you go to this restaurant.

Looks very tantalizing with the design of this special dish with ring of pineapple on the rice. The matter is the piece of chicken is too sweet as the honey drenched is too sweet~~ and I am wearing braces,I dont know why I feel that its hard to chew on that chicken into smaller pieces, even I found hard too to cut it into smaller pieces using a knife.
But the salad is nice! fresh!

Old town Ipoh Lum Mee OK Oct 19, 2012   (Related Review)

Noodles in Old town normally originate from Ipoh and this Ipoh Lum Mee is a very traditional food found in Ipoh.
A dish with very dense soup topping all over the noodles and as you eat the noodles and once a while simmer the soup, the taste of the prawns and fish biscuits also come out. Somemore, the scallion scattered around the noodles make it even delicious. The cocoa colour fried garlic also enhance the taste of this Lum Mee.

Counting from the left side:
1. Coconut jelly coffee milk tea. The fragrance of the coffee smell does not make it taste like you are drinking nescafe. Instead, combination of coffee and milk tea are marvellous. Furthermore,as you chew the coconut jelly, the sweetness of the jelly mix with the tea taste good.

2. Apple jelly green tea. Needless to say,it taste quite sour. But it is a good appetizer.

3. Earl milk tea. Without black pearls and jelly,it still tastes great.

4. Dense plum coconut jelly green tea. Taste just like no2 green tea but slightly sweeter than it.

Dinner at rotibakar OK Oct 14, 2012

A very good place for discussion and gathering there as the environment is good with air-conditioned indoor. You can also choose to have meal outdoor.Order what you want by writing down the number of each meal on the order list provided and then hand in to the waitress around.

First dish which I strongly NOT recommended is the koay teow soup. It is full of MSG taste where you will feel disgusting before finishing the meal as you need to consume a lot of water to quench your thirsty. But the fishballs, vegetables and chicken slices add marks to this dish, making it still favourable for those who wants to eat something light.

Vanilla ice-blended is very chilling as the vanilla ice-cream on top is very refreshing!! the blended ice together with mild vanilla makes you feeling cozy instead of cold!! Like it so much!!
