Unlike many others Braised meat, this is certainly make me wanted to eat again so much. The soft and tender pork belly had been braised for many hours. The juice once we ate them flows in our mouth, not to mention their thick sauce stock is linger around the meat adding more flavour to the pork belly.

Can't believe how fresh is this serve to me, for a sushi lover like me, i would prefer it to be with the vinegar rice and some soy sauce, but this is way better than other. I believe the way they slice the fresh salmon into pieces are important, thats why i can eat a very nice texture of a salmon flesh. Thumbs UP
