They also have the Penang style of Chee Cheong Fan which is being served with the sweet sauce as well as shrimp paste. Well rolled with the smooth rice noodle roll and topped with sesame seed as well as some onion oil too. The chee cheong fan gives an authentic taste of Penang where the delights are all the way bring from Penang from the Macalister Lane Chee Cheong Fan.

Bricks Coffee Smile Aug 15, 2013

Categories : Western variety | Café

There is another coffee place to venture by the name of Bricks Cafe. The cafe is located at The Place at Damansara Perdana and brings a cozy and quiet environment. It would be a good place to spend sometime here for a coffee or tea. Lots of exposed bricks here and around there, they have the cozy chair to relax the weekends. Bricks Coffee is opened by a pair of love birds, Eric and Samantha . Before they were married, these two young entrepreneurs will search around town for a good place to have their favourite cup of coffee. Eventually, the idea came about to start their own coffee outlet.Affogato is using the salted caramel ice cream from Fourty Licks and poured together with the espresso. The drinks brings a combination of sweet and salty flavor.

Every time we passed by Garden Cafe at the top floor of Mid Valley Jusco, we were attracted by the fragrance of the Asam Laksa. Garden Cafe serves a variety of local food such as Asam Laksa, Nasi Lemak, Nasi Pulut Ayam, Ipoh Curry Laksa and of course Tom Yam.

We had a try on their Asam Laksa which was very was nice, thick and fragrant. The asam laksa is garnish with cucumber, pineapple, chili, onion garnish and mint leave. The asam laksa brings a much to the soury side and spicier.

Spaghetti Grill Smile Aug 15, 2013

Categories : Italian | Restaurant | Pizza/Pasta | Steaks / Chops

There have been a number of Italian restaurants opening in the Klang Valley recently. The one we have recently visited is the Spaghetti Grill which is located at Mid Valley Megamall, a popular shopping mall in Kuala Lumpur. The place is simply nice and it has a cozy setting and cheerful staff makes it a wonderful place to hang out and spend time with your friends and family.

We make an order of the Pepperoni Pizza where the pizza is comes with the marinara suace, a choice of chicken or beef and mozzarella cheese to be accompanied with it. The pizza taste was good and it is a thin crust pizza too.
