the Tartar of Scallop where the style of cooking is originated from Austria. This is where the dish is being serve on the shaved parsnip, oyster mayo and basil jelly. This is where the chef is adding some lime into the scallop which helps to tenderize the scallops. After that, the scallops is being topped with the foam with it. Lovely delights with the chef touch on it.

comes the Amuse Bouche which is specially prepared by the chef. It is beautifully made delights which is just a single bite-sized which gave me a touch of satisfaction. The little delights where the mushrooms are being cut into half and it is then being deep fried and the oil is then being drained off. It is then being served with the perfectionist touch of the chef with the sourish appetizer beneath.

If you are a chicken lover, do try their exciting menu with their signature dish which is the BBQ chicek. This where the chicken served just right with the scrumptious juicy chicken meat with the choice of black pepper or mushroom. It is being dressed with the salad dressing and potato. The chicken meat is simply tender and yet juicy as well. Sinfully delicious

If you are fans pasta, the spaghetti marinara is not to be forgotten. The spaghetti marinara is a hearty bounty of calamari, fish, prawns, clams and herbs in napolitana sauce. The dish is bringing me with the indulging taste of seafood and what’s the best when you are having this is where the dish is bringing the indulging fresh seafood which is a plus points with their lovely napoliana sauce with it.

Something special which is being served in Aliyaa. Here comes along will be the the eggplant is being cut into small tiny slices and being deep fried. It is then being well served with the fried onions on top of it. The eggplant is quite crispy in the taste and it is also very appetizing as well. The delights is something special but every each bites is just great
