The Koufu Lu Mian  Smile Sep 04, 2013   (Related Review)

The Koufu Lu Mian is a word of love and hate. If you love them you will enjoy it,else you will not. This is where the Lu Mian or braised noodles is being mixed with mackerel and then it is infused with the Laksa brooth. Added with the bamboo shot with it, the taste is quite unique to me and it is my first time tasting them. It has the light souriness with it and the brooth is slightly thick.

we started enjoying the traditional Fu Zhou Cuisine here at Koufu Trendy Restaurant. One of the signatures in Koufu Trendy Restaurant will be the Premium Koufu red wine noodle soup. The tasted of the soup is very similar with the yellow rice wine and the noodles texture is just lovely. It is silky and smooth and just slurps into the mouth easily. I love it so and the mee suah does not turn soggy easily too.

Good Good Assam Laksa Smile Sep 04, 2013

Categories : Chinese | Malaysian variety | Restaurant | Noodles

Good Good Asam Laksa is one of the highlights in Klang besides the Bak Kut Teh which is famous in Klang. The restaurant do serves asam laksa where the asam laksa is believed to be originated from Penang. The restaurant is usually packed during lunch and tea time and what makes it so special is their homemade lai fun.

The lai fun which is being served in Good Good Asam Laksa is their home made lai fun. It is slightly different from the usual lai fun or those in the laksa stalls in Penang which is silky side but the lai fun is definitely something worth to try off.

Served in the hot bowl of soury based soup with scrumptious of sardine and other condiments with it, the asam laksa is pretty good to have. You may opt for other Penang food here too which includes the chee Cheong fun and more.
Price: RM 5.00

If you prever something sweet, Arnor Signature will be their Arnor Signature Mango Sundae. The sweet temptations are served with scopes of mango ice cream, wipped cream and generous cubes of mango on top of it. Decorated with some biscuits which is just too pretty to be tasted. It is just fun scopping the ice creams with the friends and I am enjoying the way it is.

These snack is not only for sharing but you can enjoy it as your maincourse as well. We had the Japanese Chicken Sensation which is one of their best seller. The Japanese Chicken Sensation is perfectly well prepared with the large portion. The delights is being stuffed with chicken, crab meat as well as katsuobsuhi with it. Not to the sweet side but it’s portion is a large one which turns out to be our main course instead of desserts.
