Shanghainese Drunken Chicken (上海醉鸡) is indeed something different where the dish is served cold. The chicken is being marinated with the Shao Hsing Rice Wine (绍兴酒) and Nu’er Hong (女儿红). It is indeed something special to try one where it has the fragrant of wine taste in the chicken and the chicken
meat is simply tender as well.
Price: RM13.00

Cha Jiang La Mian (炸酱拉面) is where the springy la mien is being served with the spicy dried beans, shredded meat, tomato, green soy bean and soy bean paste. IT is well made and mix together which gives us a flavorful taste and the portion is a big one as well.
Price: RM12.80

Mieng Kam at Chakri Palace Smile Jun 24, 2012

Categories : Thai | Restaurant | Seafood | Private Party

Imperial Chakri Palace first opened its doors in 1999 and the restaurant had been providing the best experience of authentic fine Thai cuisine in KL with our highly skilled Thai chefs who are personally hand-picked from Thailand. The restaurant is situated on the 4 th Floor of KLCC and it is simply packed as well when we are entering the restaurant.

Mieng Kam is one of the first dish which is being served to us which is one of the Thai delights. The Thai Traditional Handroll which is served with seven (7) types of ingridients with it. It includes the peanut, baked shredded Coconut, Chili Padi, Diced Onions, Diced Lime, Diced Ginger, Sun Dried Shrimp and "Kaduk" Leaves which is served with the Shrimp Paste Sauce with it. It is one of the famous Thai snacks and is a healthy food too. The taste is good and I love the freshness of the ingridients and once is being served together the taste is overall is simple lovely.
Price: RM 19.90

Shanghai Brunch at Shook! is bringing back the glory days of Shanghai where they bring back the glory days of Shanghai and they provide a authentic and excellent dining experience. The Shanghai brunch is bringing the refreshing buffet concept which made for any years including whole family, young and old too. The place is bringing back the richest of the world class cuisines as well as free-flow of champagnes.

The food comes which is being served including Shanghainese, Japanese, and even more. There is a variety of it to starts with. We had started with the authentic Japanese Cuisine which you may get a variety of authentic taste of sushi which includes unagi, tamago, crab maki and many more.

There also a variety dishes to choose from Chinese, Western,Seafood and more. The meal is simply good and the dish are all lovely and nicely made. The overall of the taste is really appetizing and the ingridients are fresh. It is one of the best buffet I had dine.

Fu-Rin Smile Jun 13, 2012

Categories : Japanese | Restaurant | Buffet

Fu-Rin is one of the restaurants which is operated by the Holiday Inn Management. Aside Kites which serves international buffet, Fu-Rin serves the authentic Japanese delights which is one of the thumbs up Japanese food I had tried.

The Wagyu Beef is one of the recommended dishes. The dish is well made with the high grade beef as well as being cooked with the teppanyaki style. The beef is tender and the texture is really good and juicy which is well made enough with 50% cooked. Accompanied the meal with some vegetables which is cooked in teppanyaki style make it even more perfect.
Price: RM 360.00++

Kinnaree thai is indeed a thai restaurant which is famous and in the look of it the place is simply classy as well. The restaurant is well decorated and there is a slight aroma of the lemongrass while stepping in the restaurant.

We had the tomyam soup which turns to be good and spicy. The ingredients like squids and sotong turns to be good and fresh.
