Mango green tea with sweet cream Smile Jul 01, 2012

I've tried Chatime, Gong Cha and Ochado, now let's try Share Tea!

As you can see, Share Tea categorizes its products into several groups, namely Taiwan Classic Milk Tea, Natural Fruit Tea, Brewed Tea, Ice Blended, Fresh Milk, Yakult Drink, Winter Melon series and Rock Salt "Cheese" Cream Beverage.

Didn't know what to order so I randomly picked Mango green tea with sweet cream. It's RM5.90 for a regular cup.

Here's the instructions on how to drink cream beverages:
1. Every cream beverage will come with a small plastic knife.
2. Use the plastic knife and make a 2-3cm cut along the rim of the cup to taste the cream.
3. Put the straw in and taste the tea.
4 .Stir and enjoy!

How did I find my tea then? First of all the cream was really thick, and sweet indeed. Moving on to the tea, I would say it's not too sweet and I could taste mango pulps in it. It's surprising because I thought it would be plain fruit juice only smile When I mixed the cream and tea together, the flavour changed slightly and it sort of became "blended" mango juice due to the thick cream. Overall, this drink was way better than I expected it to be and I'm definitely going back to Share Tea in the future.

Customized Sticky Smile Jul 01, 2012

Categories : Western variety

Sticky is a brand of traditional handmade candies and the outlets are located in Berjaya Times Square and One Utama.

They have an open show concept whereby the employees are producing the candies publicly and allow the customers to sample on the candies as well. These candies are vibrant in colours and they come in multiple flavour such as orange, mango, mandarin, kiwifruit, lemon and many more.

One can order customized candies but mind you, they are extremely pricey to me. Only a minimum order of 6kg is acceptable and the prize is already RM730 shocked

Picture above shows an example of customized Sticky candies by The Curve in conjunction with a fashion show. The blue one is blueberry flavour. In my opinion, these candies are indeed fruity but overly sweet so usually I only take one candy at a time only.

How many can you take? Smile Jun 28, 2012

Ikea's always packed all day. Although I dislike going to places with long queue for lunch (because it's gonna exceed my 1 hour lunch time sad), Ikea is an exception, only for its meatballs.

These meatballs certainly do not look very mouth-watering and moist, but once you dip them into the think gravy and a little bit of lingonberry jam, the meatballs become one of my favourite food.

If meatballs aren't enough for you, there are fries as side dish. The quality of fries here are not consistent enough though, sometimes I find them soggy but on my lucky days, they appear to be crispy.

Sausage platter Smile Jun 27, 2012

Sausage platter comprises of spicy chicken sausages, Nurnberger sausages, pork cheese sausages, Weisswurst and garlic pork sausages! All of them were meaty, fat, juicy, satisfying! What's not to be missed when you have different types of sausages? Mustard of course!

Very delicious and this is recommended for sharing. I would have ordered more of this if it wasn't because of its price sad

Western and Eastern at once Smile Jun 27, 2012
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Chinese | Restaurant | Seafood | Noodles

Who says you can't have Western and Eastern meal at the same time? It's possible in Kim Gary!

My complimentary soup and "yuan yang" drinks.

My cream soup. Small bowl but its portion was just nice as appetizer. Think and sweet; filled with plenty of ingredients such as corns, carrot bits, ham despite its portion.

This is called the A-mix set meal. I chose cream soup over borsch soup, rice over spaghetti and opted for black pepper sauce. You get chicken steak, pork chop, fried egg, ham and sausages, with assorted vegetables in this meal. Everything tasted good and the assorted meats were fried perfectly but the sauce was too spicy. Too much of black pepper used perhaps?

Supreme pork chop curry baked with Swiss cheese, served with spaghetti. Curry was not too spicy and had a little bit of sourness in it due to the generous amounts of pineapple cubes in it - sour and spicy at the same time. If there should be any complaints on this, it should be that it's oily.
