Teriyaki Chicken Handroll wrap Smile Sep 30, 2013

Teriyaki Chicken Handroll wrap @ RM7.90
I came to Coffee Chemistry Signature quite often for their world's finest coffee. Besides the famous coffee, their handwrap or wrap are quite interesting too. The roll was wrap like a sushi handroll but is actually tortilla bread instead of the seaweed. The wrap are stuffed with 3 pieces of teriyaki chicken, lots of fresh lettuce, red pepper, onions and special sauce. The chicken teriyaki is tender and juicy of the teriyaki sauce. The special sauce in it is sweet too, therefore you wont feel like as if very salad dish.

Nama Harumaki @ RM22.00
This is something like the Vietnamese rice wrap. They are wrapped and rolled with rice paper wrappers instead of the traditional seaweed paper. Inside is stuffed with fresh lettuce, cucumber sticks, sliced avocado, omelette and topped with tiny fish roe. Very vegetarian to me and luckily it is served with some sweet sauce. I think it will be quite healthy having this.

Sanma Shio @ RM20.00
I learn about sanma fish at Japanese restaurant. This is actually a relatively cheaper price of fish compared to other grilled fish in other country, just we can't easily get it at the market.
I like the texture and taste of the fish, it is a little ''orange'' taste and very juicy compared to normal fish. The skin especially nicely grilled with crispiness. Every part of the fish can be eaten except some part of the fish head.

Assorted Sashimi @ RM80.00
There are several assorted sashimi to pick on. One can also mix and match of your preference but price will be ala carte.
We pick this assorted sashimi comes with 5 types of sashimi and 3 pieces each. Salmon, tuna, butter fish, and octopus. Their sashimi is very fresh and serve with fresh blended wasabi is really ichiban. First time trying the butter fish, very juicy and biting texture is fun.

Torigobou Bento Saba Shio Smile Sep 30, 2013

Torigobou Bento Saba Shio @ RM42.00
The restaurant is quite narrow and we are sitted at those slot tables along the corridor. It is hard to call for the waiter if we need something. The restaurant is full during weekend, the waiters are too busy to take order too.
This bento set comes with a big piece of saba fish and a square column of rice. I thought it will be white rice but is actually marinated rice with mixed chicken. It taste good and a bits of seaweed taste while eating. The saba fish is nicely grilled and i like the crispy skin a lot, very crispy and flavourful.
