Pork stew Ramen @ RM16.00
The pork stew ramen comes with several pieces of thick pork cubes and green vegetables. The soup base is like thick soy soup, very flavouring but a little too salty. The meat are well marinated and cook till so tender. The meat will just melt in the mouth. However, the meat comes with layers of pork lard, it will be jilat if you are not used to the fats.

Beef Ramen @ RM17.00
The beef ramen is specially recommended by my friend. The beef is fresh cook when we order, i still can see some reddish colour on the meat. It is quite tender and full of fresh beef aroma. The soup is very rich of beef flavour and there are lots of cutlet onions and spring onions that enhance the soup even better. I almost finish the whole bowl of soup although is much salty if not eaten with the noodle.

Spicy Tongkotsu Ramen @ RM16.00
The security personnel at the guard house are friendly. Remember to get the chop from the cafe for the entrance chip even by the guard.
The spicy ramen looks so attractive with a layer of red oil on top. It looks so spicy but surprisingly it is not, just a mild spices. I enjoy drinking the flavourful soup. It comes with generous of pork meat, onions and some ginger. The meat is very tender, it tasted like there is a layer of soda coating on the meat. I start to sweat after eating as the bowl of ramen is super hot and the zircon is not very strong.

Tonkatsu Ramen @ RM14.00
Chuka Cafe is located at the Saujana Villa Condominium. We can have a good pool view while eating.
Tongkotsu Ramen comes with 3 pieces of round char siew, bean sprout, half piece of hard boil egg and some sprinkle spring onion on top. The ramen is very smooth and thin enough to slurp in the mouth very quickly. The texture of the ramen is just nice, not soft and not too hard too. The char siew part is a little dry but the thick soup compensated the taste.

Miso Ramen Smile Sep 30, 2013

Miso Ramen @ RM17.00
Chuka Cafe located just right opposite of the guard house after entering. Just mention to the guard that we are going for the cafe, the guard will get your mykad and copy down your details. It is very convenient as there are several parking space located in front of the cafe.
The miso ramen is specially cooked with 3 types of mixture flavouring. I was surprise to see a butter cube when served. The butter will slowly melt in the hot soup. There are also few pieces of char siew, sweet corns and bean sprout. The soup is very rich of miso taste but the melted butter makes the soup too oily. I think i will just remove the butter before it melted all.
