Miso Ramen Smile Sep 30, 2013

Miso Ramen @ RM17.00
Chuka Cafe located just right opposite of the guard house after entering. Just mention to the guard that we are going for the cafe, the guard will get your mykad and copy down your details. It is very convenient as there are several parking space located in front of the cafe.
The miso ramen is specially cooked with 3 types of mixture flavouring. I was surprise to see a butter cube when served. The butter will slowly melt in the hot soup. There are also few pieces of char siew, sweet corns and bean sprout. The soup is very rich of miso taste but the melted butter makes the soup too oily. I think i will just remove the butter before it melted all.

Chicken Ham and Cheese Tortilla @ RM10.90
The tortilla is a bit different from the handroll wrap. This is rolled in a bigger piece of tortilla bread and cut into 4 pieces. The tortilla bread was rolled up with fresh lettuce, many pieces of chicken ham, cherry tomato, onions, red pepper etc. Everything is so fresh. I taste some sweet chilli sauce in it too. It comes with a side garden salad, nachos and a special made tartar sauce. I like the salad with the mango cubes dressing, nice mango sweet taste.

Teriyaki Chicken Handroll wrap Smile Sep 30, 2013

Teriyaki Chicken Handroll wrap @ RM7.90
I came to Coffee Chemistry Signature quite often for their world's finest coffee. Besides the famous coffee, their handwrap or wrap are quite interesting too. The roll was wrap like a sushi handroll but is actually tortilla bread instead of the seaweed. The wrap are stuffed with 3 pieces of teriyaki chicken, lots of fresh lettuce, red pepper, onions and special sauce. The chicken teriyaki is tender and juicy of the teriyaki sauce. The special sauce in it is sweet too, therefore you wont feel like as if very salad dish.

Nama Harumaki @ RM22.00
This is something like the Vietnamese rice wrap. They are wrapped and rolled with rice paper wrappers instead of the traditional seaweed paper. Inside is stuffed with fresh lettuce, cucumber sticks, sliced avocado, omelette and topped with tiny fish roe. Very vegetarian to me and luckily it is served with some sweet sauce. I think it will be quite healthy having this.

Sanma Shio Smile Sep 30, 2013   (Related Review)

Sanma Shio @ RM20.00
I learn about sanma fish at Japanese restaurant. This is actually a relatively cheaper price of fish compared to other grilled fish in other country, just we can't easily get it at the market.
I like the texture and taste of the fish, it is a little ''orange'' taste and very juicy compared to normal fish. The skin especially nicely grilled with crispiness. Every part of the fish can be eaten except some part of the fish head.
