猪蹄筋 @ RM30.00
膳苑的菜肴都讲究精制，爬上网查看，原来他们的大厨是拿了几个厨师大奖呢。这一道猪蹄筋褒也是今日厨师推介的。沙煲里有焖好的猪蹄筋和少许蔬菜。猪蹄筋好像有炸过，因为粗粗的口感。可是猪蹄筋焖得很软，有点象海参。味道不会很咸，刚刚好送饭吃。

焗烧酱爆肉 @ RM22.00
这道焗烧酱爆肉是今日厨师推介的，根本不在餐牌里。段上桌时，看见黑嘿一坨，不怎么样。夹了一块来吃，美味到不行。肉非常的嫩，酱汁甜甜咸咸的，非常到味。可以多扒几口白饭，送饭一流。每片都是五花肉，肥而不腻！真的好吃。

九王滑蛋虾仁 @ RM25.00
这里的环境很舒适，很适合一家大小来用餐。虾仁炒蛋看来普通，可是多加了九王菜，就不一样了。蛋蛮滑顺，虾仁也挺大一颗而且鲜甜，不象一些餐厅虾仁超大可是没有味道的。每口蛋都有九王菜的想味，很特别。

菊花茶 @ RM4.00 x 1pax
膳苑是一家广东菜肴的餐馆。走进餐厅里有种很富贵的感觉，里面装潢从灯饰，墙上的挂画，到桌子椅子都很豪华。
父母都不喝茶，所以点了菊花。刚好为最近炎热的天气，消消暑。菊花茶不是很浓郁，但有淡淡的菊花香。加了几次水都还有味道哦。

Oozy Cheese Toastie @ RM18.90 + RM3.00 for turkey ham
Besides the toast bread, it come with a bowl of salad and ben's signature 4 colours chips. The salad is topped with varieties of seeds n nuts with fresh lettuce and leaves. The sauce is just nice to have it with the greens. The 4 colours chips are so special here with different kinds of chips, yam, potato, sweet potato and purple potato. The toastie is grilled and fill with 3 kinds of cheese, cheddar, gruyere and parmesan cheese, all melted on the turkey ham. I always like their toast because of the ''burnt'' grilled taste. But this is a little too oily on the surface, nevertheless, the sandwich is delicious just feeling i will gain weight after this meal. too much of cheese and oil.
