Salt Beef Sandwich @ RM23.90
This is a meal that I headed Ben's the 3rd time only get to try it. It's often sold out when i go there for late brunch. It comes with side salads with various seeds and four-colored chips. The chips are made of yam and potato.

The salted beef thick and wrapped with 2 sliced of thick white bread. There is a layer of cheese and some mustard in it. I had never tried a beef that can be so soft and little chewy texture. It's just so delicious !

Miso Katsu @ RM16.90

This is a fried chicken cutlets with Japanese miso sauce which imported from Japan. Its also serve with wedges and side salad.
The chicken cutlets are still juicy despite being fried. Just the outer layer is crispy. I was surprise how come miso is black in color. It taste bit sweet and some miso taste. The wedges are crunchy and tasty too. Overall the food is good.

Besides the fusion food, Ploy also serves drinks like alcohol, cocktails, cocktails, and one special drinks which is the drinks itself makes of ice cubes.

Apple Sour Juice @ RM15.00

This is sour plum ice cube added with apple juice. It taste sourish and salty apple juice, and when the ice cube started to melt, the sour plum taste gets stronger. I really love this juice. It's so refreshing !! Drank this after meal and i felt my food had digested.

I had a peep at the bar tender when he is preparing the drink. The ice cube is actually from ice jolly stick, which we use to it during childhood. They just cut it into pieces to make it like ice cubes. This also prevent the drinks to be diluted if it's real ice.

They serve coffee in these coffee cubes too. Next time will try it out.

Ploy has a quiet and high standard environment as mostly customers dressed up nicely there. The restaurant serves fusion food with a mix of Western, Chinese, Japanese, Thai etc.

Surprise they even have sashimi here!

Salmon Sashimi @ RM17.00

The salmon sashimi is topped with chili flakes, sesame, small piece of mint at each piece of salmon and special sauce. Eating the salmon with the mint makes the combination awesome. Never tasted salmon so good before. Just hated the salmon sashimi is too thin. By the way, the salmon is very fresh too, can really taste the aroma of it.

The place is so comfy and cozy, i don't feel like leaving once i enter. A nice place to have a gathering with friends and family.

They have a variety range of sandwich wraps and japanese rolls.

This time i order the sandwiches wraps of Smoked Salmon.
It comes with slightly crispy tortilla bread wrapped with heated smoked salmon, fresh onion and lettuce.

The tortilla bread is not hard nor thick. Just nice for a wrap. I really feel its so healthy and delicious !!
