After our meal, we all decided to head out to Bangsar Village II for dessert after dinner. What better day to end the night with a sweet dessert other than Ice-cream ^^

Love the decor and cozy environment here. Great place to hang out with friends and famiy.

There are variety of flavours to choose from. If you can't decide, you can always head out to their counter for free tasting before ordering.

Ice-creams were sweet (as always) and I was savouring every bite of it.

Mum ordered one plate of banana splits, with 3 flavours of her choice. We waited a while for this since the banana need to be coated with sugar & possible honey on it.

Having ice cream here can be quite pricey. However, if you are a HSBC credit card holder you're entitled to 10% discount. I guess this is one indulgence can only be eaten once a year.

It was recommended by someone to come here for dinner. Glad that we came because the food was good...although the price can be quite pricey.

For starter, complimentary soup of the day were served.

The soup of the day was watercress soup...sweet, thick and it taste good too (some restaurant which served complimentary soup are diluted or tasteless). It was a nice gesture while we waited for our order to be served.

Famous for their specialty, we ordered roast duck and barbecued pork. Highly recommended to try this if you come to this Restaurant because it's so so so tender and juicy.

Next came "House Special 'Pei Pa' Bean Curd", which was soft and silky. The kids totally love this, and it goes well with rice.

Fried vegetable....can't remember the name for this dish....it was okay (I was too busy savouring other dishes). =p

Stir Fried Beef with ginger and spring onion. Meat was tender.

Steamed Minced Pork with Salted Fish - Totally love it. It's really tender and goes well with rice. =)

Steamed eggs - any dishes that are eggs are my all time favorite...same goes with uncle too. ^^

If you are planning to come here for dinner, especially during the weekends, it's wise to make a booking to avoid any disappointment

It was after 7pm when we dropped in at Dome for dinner. The waitress who served us passed the 'Dinner at Dome' Menu and informed us that any meal ordered from this menu will be served either Apple Martini (Alcohol) or Virgin Appletini (non-alcohol). In the end, we ordered two items from this menu and got ourselves free drinks

Glad we ordered the non-alcohol drink, this drink is fantastic!
It's actually apple crush, fresh apple and honey blended with ice shavings. Delicious!!

Mum ordered one bowl of wild mushroom soup. The serving of this soup was big. We totally love this cause not only it's creamy, the soup have loads of mushroom in it!

Mum ordered an additional garlic bread to dip the soup with it. It's quite feeling and can be considered as a complete meal. Highly recommended to try the soup and the garlic bread. Dip the garlic bread into the soup and eat. Yummy

Beef burger. Grilled beef burger with chips. Burger is available with chicken

Salmon Steak - Grilled salmon served with salad, boiled potatoes and mushroom on the side.

Overall damage for the meals came up to RM100. Quite pricey but the food is really good. Higly recommended.

Went for an early dinner at the famous claypot chicken rice in Pudu. For first timer, people usually will have some difficulty locating this area because it's located near the round about, and Pudu Market.

When you walk towards the shop , you will noticed that their staff is busy preparing and cooking up the claypot chicken rice.

When you enter the restaurant, there is air-conditions in the premise, which is a plus sign given that the weather lately have been extremely hot. But mostly importantly, the place was neat and clean, and their wall have pictures of dishes they served.

Since there were only 2 of us, we ordered a medium size claypot chicken rice. You have the options of 3 sizes: small, medium and large. However, I found myself having two big helpings of the rice. lol The claypot chicken rice was really good and tasty, although I find the rice at the bottom of the pot was a bit dry.

Other dishes were delicious too.... take for example, green vegetables, it was soft and served fresh.

And the soup, it was out of this world.

Mum couldn’t resist ordering a bowl of pig’s stomach in white pepper soup. The pig’s stomach was something that I never really like but according to my mum, it was yummy and tender since she loves it, while me on the other hand, I prefer the soup more than the pig's stomach. I found the soup quite tasty, but the white pepper they put inside wasn't as hot or spicy that I wanted. However, it's worth trying though.

The place is known to be fully packed so if possible, it is advisable to go early. We arrived at 6pm and by 6.15pm the place was packed. I don't mind going back for another round because there are other dishes you can order other than the claypot chicken rice. Their Business Hours are from11.00am – 9.30pm, and closed every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Mum took me to this place to try out their claypot chicken rice which she received some feedback that the claypot here is delicious. So out we went and went to this shop in Damansara Jaya to give it a try. But please take note, it is very crowded at times and it is recommended to go there earlier because the waiting time can be more than half an hour. We waited more than half an hour to have our dishes served to us.

While waiting, I saw this leaflet on the table about sea bird nest drink which claimed to be rich in ocean enzymes and collagen. A sucker for beauty and collagen, decided to give it a try, which cost RM3 ringgit per bottle. The taste is ok, and noted that there is some jelly form in the drinks.

After waiting more than half an hour, our orders were finally here. Mum ordered one claypot chicken rice for 2 pax which cost RM14. If you want to add an egg you have to pay an addition RM0.50. I was quite disappointed with the result which claimed to be popular and delicious. My first mouthful of the rice is so dry that I have to put in some soup to make it moisture. I’m not certain whether this is their norm for such serving but I have to say it was really a let down.

Next came the watercress with pork ribs, cost RM5 per pot. Love the soup, its tasty so no complaint here.

Lastly is choy sam, topped with oyster sauce and fried shallots, cost RM5. Looks simple and easy but it taste quite good.

Overall experience I was really disappointed with their main dish.
