Another get together with the gals. We decided to try this place at publika.
What attracted us were the display of vintage type writer *excited*.

Check out all those typewritter....still in good condition!

The view of the their interior indoor.

Outdoor - wooden chairs stuck to the ceiling *creative but scary at the same time*

It was the weekends (friday night) so it was crowded.
We gave them our name for queue and asked to return back after 20 to 30 minutes time.
We waited betweem 30 to 45 minutes before we were seated and have our meals ordered.
Our Caesar salads arrived within 10 minutes after our order.
Just love the fresh salads served with the egg on top. lol

Next came pasta, Wild Mushroom. My friend said it was not bad.
Serving was moderate.

Next came Char Grilled Cheeseburger.
The cheeseburger was slightly dry and the patty was burned at the bottom.
However, their onion rings made up for it

I think the highlight of the day was this dish, Marinara.
Spaghetti tossed with herby vine-ripened tomato sauce, served with prawns & calamari.
*Great dish but kinder slow waiting to be served*

Overall, the food are quite good and the pricing are reasonable. Lovely ambiance....but their service are bad. Our request for chilli sauce (4 times) were forgotten....which in the end we got up to get it for ourselves. One of our orders were forgotten (we ordered 2 sets of Cheeseburger) and after requesting to check 3 times, none of them came back to inform us on the outcome. We finally got their attention on our fourth attempt, only to be informed that the order went 'missing'. huffy My buddy waited more than an hour before she got her cheeseburger. Not good.

Hopefully the management would look into their service because the foods are quite good. I'll go back another for another round for their desserts.... when it's not crowded. Do expect to wait longer during the weekends cause it's crowded in the evening

Restoran Fatty Sang has stalls selling noodles in the day and tai chow (cooked dishes) food at night. So far, I've only been here for tai chow rather then the day.

Start off with 'Yue Sang' before our main course.

Lotus fried with fungus, celery and carrot. Healthy dish.

Steamed fish. If I'm not wrong, the sauce is made from lemon, garlic and chillie. A bit spicy but tasty.

Japanese Tofu, comes in 2 styles. You should check out this tasty dish as well.

Butter milk chicken. Best if it's prawn but due to the fact that I can't eat seafood, chicken was the alternative. Nevertheless, it's still tasty.

For desserts, we have a complimentary red bean soup. smile

Portions were for 5 adults, 5 bowls of rice, 5 drinks and it costed around RM130.00 only. Very reasonable and it comes with a complimentary dessert. Defiantly worth a visit and dining with friends and family.

Roast Pork Noodle OK Jul 19, 2012   (Related Review)

Decided to dropped by at this restaurant for lunch. Ordered their Roast Pork Noodle.
Love the noodle texture, very smooth and the noodle is quite thin as compared eating at hawker shop. Then again, this plate is also quite pricey too.
Their roast pork was nice but it was over roasted for some portion (noted on the black part). Quite dissapointed for that portion, but apart from that, this dish was served in a reasonable portion, and their service is excellent. Comes with complimentary soup.

I enjoyed going to Dome Cafe to hang out, either with a cup of coffee with friends or a hearty meal with families/friends. Ambience here is cozy and their service is excellent.

Ordered Fish And Chips (RM24.50) for dinner. It's light battered fillets of fish served with fresh garden salad, chips and tartare sauce. Totally love it. Great for those who loves fish and chips. And the portion is big too, which is also a plus sign for me. lol

If you're enjoy eating burger, you should try Daily Grind's classic beef burger.

Classic Beef Burger/with Cheese (RM24/28) - Their burger is made from homemade ketchup, mustard mix & homemade pirckles between buttered toasted buns. Comes with salads and fries.

Beef patty is cooked accordance to your preference.
I find that the patty is really juicy. I also enjoyed their big fries. which is served in a reasonable portion.
