I have recently discovered this place as i walked randomly for dinner. I must admit that this is the best char kuey teow I've had in town. Starbuck's Doubleshot Espresso is essentially made up from non-fat milk, smooth Espresso, cream and sugar; it has a really rich coffee taste and texture, which I super love.
