In kopitiam desa, there will be only two cold tang sui in a day. One is honeydew ice another is Tofu lychee tang sui. This is tofu lychee tang sui. It also have limited bowl a day. If u want to drink this tang sui, u need to order straight when u arrive, because when it is finished ,u need to wait another round for this dishes. it will take quite a time for them to cook. A small cooking pot given to each customer, personalised to their own tastebuds. Lots of ingredients on the conveyor belt to choose from. Meat is also aplenty, made to order. For those who don't cook, this is the best remedy. As long as the soup is boiling with the ingredients floating on top, it is ready to eat. Dip in the special spicy chilli sauce, all of the items are simply delicious....
I had no intention to order this dish until I saw one of my friends ordering it and when it arrived, it had smelt so good. It was served with grilled yabbies which is actually a type of cray fish but looks pretty similar to prawns.
