My first try on the Tokyo Street No.1 Japanese Cheese Tart in Malaysia. Fresh baked upon ordering and they make in a batch. You need to wait 12 minutes in each batch. I love the fresh cheese tart, melt slowly inside my mouth. Crispy fluffy tarts with warm cheese. Totally worth RM 7.90 per piece and the queue to get it. Cool down with refreshing soft serve ice cream. Yummy...
La Casa Blanca has undoubtedly the best-known Moroccan food in Johor. With classic Moroccan prints lining the walls and the fragrant wafts of tagine in the air, this restaurant has an endearing, homely atmosphere that make guests feel welcomed. Our lunch was started with mango salad and tom yam soup. The mango salad was sour due to the green mango and there are some hint of chili padi around it. The mango was crunchy. The tomyam soup was delicious. It was really soup and spicy. It consisted of clams, squid and fish fillet. This dish is a must-order when you dine here. The main dish was the King Rama V fried rice that was...

Our favourite soup base at Coco Steamboat (海底炉) is the giant pork knuckle bone milky and creamy Double Stewed Soup base. I believe it is boiled for many hours and contains a lot of collagen. Goes well with the steamboat ingredients and the soup which is already nice will be nicer at the end of the steamboat. Coco Steamboat has moved to a new location which is super big and spacio...

Yuen Buffet Steamboat has a reputation as the bastion of seafood buffet steamboat restaurant. Despite offering only hotpot with 2 soup types i.e. chicken broth and spicy Tom Yam, there is a satisfying conclusion that this establishment knows just how to maintain the quality of their food with its no-frills delivery. A huge improvement is the comfortable setting at their new location, ...
