I have recently discovered this place as i walked randomly for dinner. I must admit that this is the best char kuey teow I've had in town. Being super generous with the ingredients, it has "siu lap" (chinese sausages), cockles, bean sprouts and "zhu you za" (deep fried pork lard) that my friend teased it was fried ingredients instead of fried kuey teow. Paradise Dynasty is a fine dining at Paradigm Shopping Mall, Kelana Jaya. The Paradise Dynasty signature dish is the handmade La Mian or hand-pulled noodles. I ordered the La Mian with beef. It is spicy soup, tickle my tongue at first and make it numb a few second later. The soup tasted awesome. I definitely will come back to this place again to try for other main dishes.

The Stir-fried Scallop with Ginger & Spring Onion is something plain but tasty, after a heavy crab dish. Not salty and the vegetable that go along with the fried scallop is fresh ;) Scallop is big in size and well soaked to its original size before stir fried as the texture of the scallop is soft and chewable. Its very hard to find a parking slot at this area during the day time. Luckily the ramen is worth the hassle. The soup is think and flavorful. Perhaps one of the best soup base so far. The noodles were cooked just nice. Highly recommended shop
