Whenever I think of German dishes, I will always head to Brotzeit Bier Bar & Restaurant. I am so glad that I get to indulge in many flavors of Germany at any 3 outlets in Klang Valley (Mid Valley, Sunway Pyramid and Bangsar Shopping Centre). Brotzeit is operated by Chef Helmut who are originally comes from Germany and are very talented in making creative dishes...
First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.
