First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. There are variety of chinese cuisine in Ritz Carlton Hotel, Bukit Bintang, and this dish was my favourite -- li yen's signature bean curd served with honshimeiji mushrooms and spinach.. :-D The combination was good and the bean curd blended with spinach was also excellent.. 我点了看起来不错的Mango Yakult，从照片可以看到饮料里面有一些芒果的残渣，可见是真的芒果汁，不是包装水！
