My first try on the Tokyo Street No.1 Japanese Cheese Tart in Malaysia. Fresh baked upon ordering and they make in a batch. You need to wait 12 minutes in each batch. First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. I love the taste of Chicken soup offered here.... The taste is just nice, we can either enjoy it with any meehoon, mee, rice or just having the soup like that. They served it fresh and hot.
