Hanjuku Cheese meaning half baked cheese. Available in 2 flavor - Original and Chocolate. It is Komugi signature dessert. I'm going to try the original flavor. It was so fluffy,creamy,light and moist. First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.
