Defintely must come here for the various choices of delicious mouth-watering dim sum. One of the best around this area, value for your $$$$$. It's one of my favourite dim sum place! You can also order Porridge, Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice (Hor Yip Fun)! Yummy yummy! It's a great place to come with your whole family without burning your pocket!
First time eating such a nice vegetables. The asparagus is fresh and the cashew nut is crunchy. Both are perfect match. Seaweed is added and a sweet chicken stock is used for the cooking. It also comprise of green pea and carrot slices. It is not only decorated nicely but it has a colourful combination which increase our appetite.
Our favourite soup base at Coco Steamboat (海底炉) is the giant pork knuckle bone milky and creamy Double Stewed Soup base. I believe it is boiled for many hours and contains a lot of collagen. Goes well with the steamboat ingredients and the soup which is already nice will be nicer at the end of the steamboat. Coco Steamboat has moved to a new location which is super big and spacio...
