Located off Lorong Rangoon road. One way road , turn left after APT hair saloon, the restaurant is on your right. You may park your car in front of the shop, which limit to about 2,3 cars. Otherwise, you may find your nearest car park lot along the road or lorong selamat.  It is famous of of the steamboat , that existed for more than 10 years history. 
This round, we ordered Zhu Char instead of steamboat. Namely, union fried egg, Eng Chai, famous Ma Yao Chicken, Curry fish and  Loh Bak .All of the dishes are delicious and sufficient to served 5-6 people.  Since we have prebook, the dishes served within 10 minutes. 

They also have Sheng Ri mian ( birthday mee), char ho fun, char dong fen , lu rou rice( pork meat rice) , tomyam soup ( mee/beehoon) etc. Variety of choices you could find there.

You can choose either tea/water with unlimited flow, under the package meal. 

The restaurant is not far away from our hotel stayed. It located off karamunsing complex. As the shop is on the opposite along the road, during night time, you need to be extra observant to find the shop. Anyway, walking is not encourage as the road is slightly dark and less crowded. there were people enjoying their wines outside the restaurant when we dined in. Though not much diners, yet it took approximately 25 minutes for our food to serve.

Overall, the grill pork is not bad. To mention about is their salad.As menu stated home made salad, we order to try.  It happens that the taste was way too sweet from my opinion. I managed to take merel 2/4 portion of the salad, which is add on order. Still, i prefer the norm brand of Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise. French fries slightly * darker in colour* .

Overall, if your main reason is to try their pork chop( rather than their side dishes) , it will be a good try.

Reasonable price.

Saya teruja sekali apabila dapat mencuba pancake buat pertama kalinya di sini....lawatan ke Sabah saya cukup bermakna kerana saya dapat mencuba hampir kesemua jenis makanan yang ada di sini! Pancake di sini juga termasuk dalam senarai makanan pilihan saya.... Rasa inti pancake ini manis dan perisa yang digunakan ialah perisa kacangan yang cukup saya gemari sekali rasanya. Rasa buah pisang di dalamnya juga asli. ....keaslian rasa dan keunikan menu ini ternyata cukup menambat hati saya! Harganya sedikit mahal tetapi sekali sekali cuba tidak ada salahnya. Saya juga tidak menyesal mencubanya. Servis juga bagus!
