Assorted tempura. I took some varieties of tempura: lady finger, carrot, oyster mushrooms, yam and the mixed vegetables tempura. I like the mixed vegetables tempura as it has a combination of carrot and onion taste to it. The tempura coating was not extremely crunchy, which was fine with me as I dipped it into the broth. I like the yam too as it was soft. The carrot was sweet.
