This is the famous gong peah (光饼) in Kuching. It's a Foochow specialty. This is one of the "must try" when you're in Kuching, but I find that it's mostly just for the novelty/experience. It's not something that will blow you away. The biscuit is dense and heavy, with a crisp out the outside. The meat is super aromatic, and tender, but it's too little compared to the biscuit.
