Fei Jie's shop here can be seen to have a long queue in front of their stall. Most of their patrons will order a combo of innards like intestines, turkey's kidney and squid! Eaten with mustard and sweet sauce, they surprisingly tastes good! Long queue daily, a must try stall when you're in Hong Kong!

2. King of Sheng Jian

You would never thought that the Shanghainese cuisine in Hong Kong can be as good as this! The famous Xiao Long Bao are one of the greatest creation you get to try from their cuisine! Enjoy their Shanghainese dishes here as they have an extensive menu to choose from. Do try their Meat Dumplings in Spicy Sauce, Xiao Long Bao and famous 'Dan Dan' Noodles! As usual, patrons are willing to queue for good food! Try them out!

3. Kee Tsui Cake Shop

You should not miss the delicious pastries during your visit to Hong Kong, especially some of those that you can’t get from anywhere else. Probably you will only get them at old bakery like Kee Tsui Cake Shop here! White sugar soft cake, 'Shao Bing', salted egg pastry, traditional cookies and more will definitely make you enjoy eating their pastries. The highlight of Kee Tsui Cake Shop is the 'Shao Bing' - outer layer is chewy (QQ) and the bean paste not too sweet, just nice!

4. China Café

There are many old style 'Char Chan Teng' (Coffee shop) everywhere in Hong Kong and they are just like the Kopitiam in Malaysia! Let's try this cafe out; if you have watched the Hong Kong TVB movie “PTU”, you will find that the place is similar with the scene in the drama. Yes! That’s where the drama shotting place at! Besides French toast, chicken wings are the top choice of most ordered dish from their patrons. The chicken skin is crispy, meat is tender and juicy too! After that, you have to try their milk tea! Super smooth and good!

5. 十八座狗仔粉

One of the most memorable food in Hong Kong is this 'Doggy' noodle. Why would it call 'Doggy' noodle? This is because the noodle looks just like a doggy tail! Short and slippery noodle, it is best eaten with mushroom, scallions, dried raddish and the gravy! Besides, they have a dish of Duck drumstick that is grilled and then eaten with gravy! Special isn't it? Try them here!

6. 美味餃子店

Dumplings here is a must try in Hong Kong! Regardless of the soupy dumplings or fried dumpling, both are equally good. The meat is fresh and juicy. Normally the soup base for dumpling will be a clear soup base like chicken soup but here they are using Kudzu vegetables and fish to stew the soup base. Most importantly, no MSG is added into the dumpling and the soup. The soup is light and sweet and you won’t get thirsty after drinking it! You can also add in some chili oil on the dumpling and it tastes so much better too!

7. Burgerman

Burgers are the fast food you can get from any places but the burgers from Burgerman in Hong Kong, they are indeed exclusive. Why is it so special? It is a Foie gras beef burger! Foie gras gave people a perception of gourmet food and you can’t simply get it from stalls. Burgerman provide burger with a thick foie gras and it does look like a burger patty and the beef patty is tender and juicy! Other foods on the menu like chicken wings - give it a try too!

8. Bon Bon Café

Cart noodle (车仔面) is also a must eat food in Hong Kong. Why is it so special? You can add any the ingredients of your choice and normally patrons love to add in some curry fish balls, pig skin, white radish, chicken, beef offal, cuttlefish and mushrooms into the noodle! However, the ingredients over here are special which have meat dumplings, abalone and more. Not only that, the other surprising dish was the runny preserved egg! The imitation shark fin soup not only have lots of ingredients and taste good, it is big in portion too. Big eater should have come here and challenge this big and yummy cart noodle as well!

9. Happy Fisherman Restaurant

Fish head noodle is popular and you might have tried before but what about original fish soup noodle? Yes, uses the whole fish! Normally there are five to six types of fish for patrons to choose from. The fish is cook right after you placed an order, thus the meat is fresh and no foul smell! They uses fresh fish to boil the soup base for hours and add in their secret ingredients, then a bowl of original fish noodle is complete! The shop name is easy to remember due to the pronunciation is same as the Hong Kong artist Yue Man Lok (Shawn Yue's chinese name). Apart from the soup noodles, their side dishes worth to try too!

10. Four season pot rice

Claypot rice are part of what represents the Hong Kong local cuisine. Looks just like how it is at Malaysia, but they certainly tastes different!. Hong Kong claypot rice is filling up with many ingredients and looks good! The claypot rice in Hong Kong is special with different ingredients like mushroom, chicken, preserved vegetables with spareribs or salted fish spareribs. You can add in some innards and eggs too!
