Like somebody else before me, i would like to emphasize that the food are very good & nice, with lots of combination to choose from. I absolutely love their BBQ Chicken Rice set (if I'm not mistaken) as the sauce is good.Unfortunately you have to be really patient when it comes to their service but it is as slow as a walking snail. The waiters tend to ignore you at times, and even after your orders had finally been taken, it will take sometime for the food to arrive. Would suggest to them to ins

For me the food is ok but the service is slow and very  bad  at Suria Sabah . My honest opinion is they are not trained well and  most of them are school leavers. The management should think of grooming and conduct in house training for staffs before let them start their work. Their waiters and waitresees dont like clearing tables and there were many unoccupied tables with uncleared dishes. Everyone is waiting for the other to clear the tables.
