His passion over Mexican food guided me to some eye-opening dishes such as Tacos with diced Jalapenos and Habaneros - the latter was ranked No.3 as the hottest chili in the world! I also tried Fajitas which was served on Sizzling Plate. According to Kyle this is the way the Mexican having this tortila wraps. The best part was the melting cheese and lots of vege in the Fajitas - sound very much like healthy food to me!There are so many good food for me to discover here~ but I should read more about Mexican/ Spanish food before my next visit there! I do not want to miss out any good things!Douglas recommended this Beer Battered Beauty which is a fried talapia very alike to Fish & Chips but on a miniature version. Another Tacos - the Taco Loco with steak contained the 3rd hottest chili of the world - the Habaneros - all the way being shipped from Mexico. My tongue was numb for a few second! Trust me, Habaneros is even hotter than our chili padi!
