Anyway, I love to hang around this part of KK despite heavy traffic and difficult to get parking during office hour; it is however, transforms to a quiet area during off hours and weekends -- Jalan Dewan is the home to many backpackers and boutique hotels, similarly to the adjacent Gaya Street! Without the busy traffic, Jalan Dewan is the most ideal place to start the morning with for travellers.
