One of the dishes which is a must in a Chinese wedding, - roasted porknormally this kind of dishes will be serve in a small portion as roasted pork is quite expensive, and non halal - that is why you can only find it at a Chinese restaurant.However this dish does not up to my expectation as the skin is not crunchy, and the meat texture not like what i expected.If i were to rate this dish i will give 5/10
