这个茄子还有大辣椒里面醸的就是由鱼肉弄成的鱼胶。鱼胶的味道不错，没有什么腥味，但是有一点太弹牙了，所以感觉就有一点很假。不过经过油炸德的关系我觉得有点太有你了。
