这个招牌豆腐我觉得真的很好吃。里面应该差不多好像鸡蛋豆腐这样的质感吧。因为吃起来没有豆腐那么软嫩，还有了一点的弹性。外面就炸到非常酥脆的感觉，整个味道真的很香
