其实外面我吃过比较少比较清淡点的海鲜料理，因为新鲜的海鲜才能煮的比较清淡一点。我点了个砂鍋煲海鮮粥，砂煲的煮的东西特别入味能够保住海鲜的原味。螃蟹鲜味为粥带来了很甜的味道，老板有放点药材在里面体味，很不错。 continue reading
