河鮮小鎮,馬來西亞朋友帶我過來吃海鮮,話有個蝦好厲害,作為來自咁多海鮮食嘅香港的自以爲食評家,當然要試下。下午兩點幾,太陽曬到不得了,到達餐廳時室內都滿座了,但實在受不了坐外面,等了十分鐘左右就坐到裡面舒舒服服的嘆冷氣。三道菜基本上是同時間上菜的。首先當然試試那個”蝦蛋”(我朋友是這樣叫的)。蝦子算大隻,肉質很札實,新鮮但這蝦本來的肉沒有很甜,蝦頭的膏很多,不錯吃。但整體這蝦半斤五隻,叫價55多馬幣,我覺得不值,或者不應該清蒸就是了。排骨酸酸甜甜的,很好下飯。蠔餅的蠔不過不失,炸得有點洩氣。 continue reading

16.09.2015【星期三】丢回九月份的食记~请叫我虾王 !大头虾的虾我是名副其实常常丢三丢四那款味蕾突然来敲门炎热的下午,余先生的马子开着小白跑到了金宝附近的督亚冷去from kampar westlake to tg tualang , only 10 minutes by car第五次来到了督亚冷这个朴素的小镇。谁不知道,督亚冷盛产大头虾,有着『淡水虾之乡』的称号区区的一个小镇上,海鲜餐馆就多达十多间了常常看见一辆辆的大巴前来也是平常事上几次都选了同乐和美芳,这一次决定换一下环境,来到了美芳隔壁的联芳海鲜楼上几次经过联芳海鲜楼的时候,有发现到这里室内室外坐满了 让我这个爱吃的更好奇更想过来看看到底魅力何在it's 4pm when we are here 人潮不多,里面有四桌正在用餐咱们选了室内备有空调的位子下单的阿姨中气十足!她那把嗓子会让隔壁桌忍不住看了过来换句话说,你点些什么,室内的人都知道了来到著名的酒家,你不难发现某某艺人到此一游的照片服务员先给咱们端上花生和辣椒酱花生和面巾如果不要的话可以退回,别以为这是免费的喔peanut RM2下了单,很快就给咱们来了壶普洱茶chinese tea RM2这里不必自己加热水,有点不习惯~所以整顿饭下来,我们没有加过热水 LOL餐桌上预先放好了饭碟我:那等下饭用什么盛来?余:是喔·····等下就知道咯两个三芭!哈哈哈等呀等的~十五分钟后·····哒啦~~~开餐喽服务员给咱们端来菜后就问我们要几个饭我不打算吃米,阿余要一个大待白饭给端来后,解答了我的疑问原来联芳海鲜楼的饭是用碗盛的噗噗~够无聊喽咱们俩。居然连这个都要好奇不像一般饭店会提供蒜米辣椒籽来到督亚冷吃海鲜,要习惯沾辣椒酱来吃联芳的辣椒酱味道好好喔~我们还多添了一个小饭碗的辣椒酱炸苏东炸苏东是咱俩每次外食必点的海鲜之一,年轻人的最爱呵 话说这道炸苏东,味道有比隔壁的美芳酒家好of coz green plate is a must =) for a healthy combination LOL蒜米油麦 酒楼就是这样。不管你两个人是否吃得完,炒出来的份量最小也是一般饭店的四人份咱俩拼了老命的吃,大虾还没上桌已经半饱乐幸好我聪明没有要米,隔壁那位已经开始打呃了lastly , main point of the day !清蒸淡水虾 RM115点了清蒸式的prefer eat better the easy way =)鲜活生猛的大头虾无需大费周章,清蒸最原汁原味~一目了然的能量单位也是醉了~有多大只?一支叉的size掰开那香喷喷的大头虾壳,看看那柔滑的虾膏黄我的天!精华啊!!craving for one bite after another连卝也不舍得浪费,一一挑出嫩嫩的虾肉来~呵呵咱们点的大虾一共只有六只,其中有两只不新鲜了其实厨房在处理过程中应该知道这一点了的咯干嘛还要拿出来卖呢?真是的整餐饭下来,我都很忙 ◐‿◑忙着拍 忙着吃 忙着让位老板,你饭桌的距离太近了啦!隔壁桌那位小姐一下要坐下一下要出去的,弄得我饭吃到一半要跟着她又站又坐的 童鞋们,出外吃饭不要忘了要先挑个风水位联芳海鲜楼no.19 market street 31800 tanjung tualangtel: 605-3609267 continue reading

Deep fried squid. After a half day tour, we were ushered to this Luen Fong restaurant for lunch. Everyone were hungry and eager to have the lunch. This deep fried squid was a simple one. It was being coated with flour and deep fried till golden brown. The coating was very crunchy and it does feel oily after eating it. The squid were fresh and thick pieces.
