To my surprise, my Brother Google for a good western food inIpoh to celebrate my sister 21st birthday. After going through allthe choices, he chooses Citrus Wine & Dine for Birthday celebration. Therestaurant is located same row with Thai Mookata Steamboat and it will be veryeasy to spot the restaurant from the road with a big signboard on the righthand side. The restaurant serves varieties of western foods like Appetiser,Main Course, Desserts, and Beverages. The ambiance of the restaurant was simpleyet they serve delicious foods. Couple of people occupied the restaurant whenwe arrived around 10pm as it was almost their closing time yet the staffs stillserve us with smiling face. I orderedLemongrass Chicken, Carbonara Spaghetti, Fish & Chips, Pan Seared Salmon,Single Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream, Pandan Crepe With Caramelised Banana andVanilla Ice- Cream, Warm Chocolate Cake And Strawberry Milkshake. Strawberry Milkshake is a mix of milk and Strawberry IceCream. It was cool, creamy and definitely a delicious drink. Carbonara Spaghetti was cooked perfectly and my spaghetti swim in a pool of creamy sauce and generous amount of bacon. Delicious!!Fish & Chips was fried until golden brown while retaining the juiciness of the meat. Fries are good and the mayonnaise goes well with the Fries and Fish & Chips. Squeeze the lemon over it before enjoys them. Lemongrass Chicken was tender and well seasoned. Yummy!! The mashed potato was smooth and has a very rich butter taste. It does not require any sauce to go with. I loved them. Pan Seared Salmon was pan fried beautifully until the skin turns crispy and it was cooked perfect. It has its own flavour to stand out without any special sauce to go with it. It was my first time trying it but I would say I loved them. Single Scoop Vanilla Ice CreamPandan Crepe with Caramelised Banana and Vanilla Ice Cream. It was a layer of Pandan crepe served with a caramelised banana, Fruits, Vanilla Ice Cream and sprinkled with sugar. Everything worked together from combination, flavour and taste.Warm Chocolate is perfect for chocolate lovers. I love the oozing of chocolate from the Warm Chocolate cake that is so yummy. Enjoy them with a strawberry jam, Vanilla Ice-Cream, and fruit for an amazing taste.It was a perfect birthday celebration with my family. Humble& friendly service, delicious foods and gorgeous food presentations that sure want you guys to take photo to share in Facebook & Instagram. To find a delicious western food in Ipoh is very difficult and this would be a perfect place in Ipoh to satisfy your western food cravings. I went there for dinner with my family. a very nice environment for small family dinner, anniversary, birthday and also valentine. Staff were quite friendly. Food overall tasted great. We spend around rm350 for 5 person.I had the 3 kings and the creme brulee. the seafood served, the scallops, unagi and the cod fish was very fresh. the sauce did not overpower the freshness of the seafood which was quite a thumb up. portion size wise is just ok, not too large. as for the creme brulee, it was very smooth and not too sweet, just right to go with the ice cream served. continue reading
