Calling out for all fruit cake fans out there. If you would prefer some richer enjoyment, you might want to consider this confectionary which is based on the original recipe of Danish Master Baker. I would say the cake is rather compact with fruits like raisin, walnut, cherries and many more. It is slightly darker in colour compare to other fruit cakes, which is much yellowish in colour. The various texture of the cakes give the fan a very delectable indulgement, and one may also notice there are mild lingering aroma of liquer(am not too sure), which added to the fragrance overall. Else, it could be due to the fermentation by the many times of fruits ingredients. Just take note that it might be tad buttery and sweet kind of dessert, hehe.

They are actually located in the vicinity of United Plantations’ Jendarata Estate. They are renowned for its Danish and hand made butter cookies, which prides themselves by being the supplier of sweet indulgencies to Royal and locals alike. This bakery was founded by the late Tan Sri Bek- Nielsen, who had brought in this recipe from his master chef fren, who hailed from Holstebro, Denmark.

The butter cookies were toothsome e in fact. They were very rich in butter taste and milky as well. Upon sinking your teeth into it, they literally just melt in your mouth. I enjoyed it very much and wish could have taken some pictures of the soft cookies ^^
