Hubby and I were told that Ipoh’s famous salted chicken can be found in Ayam Garam Aun Kheng Lim. There were 2 such restaurants, within 10 minutes drive from each other. So, for the fun of it, we decided to buy a chicken each from both restaurants to compare if there were any difference. The first chicken from Laluan Tasek Perdana was delicious. Tender and smooth, the chicken was cooked to perfection with just a hint of salt to flavour it.
