1.Apple Refresher

Apple fruit (1pc) |苹果1颗， Apple Syrup 30ml |苹果糖浆30毫升， Apple Juice 60ml |苹果汁60毫升，Mint Leaf (10 leaf) | 薄荷叶10片，Brown Sugar 3tsp | 红糖3茶匙，Spritzer Sparkling  (Top Up/适量) 

Garnish | 装饰：Apple Wheel | 苹果片，Mint Leaf |薄荷叶， Sugar Cane | 甘蔗

Method | 做法：

1.Put brown sugar, apple dice, apple syrup, mint leaves and muddle gently.

将红糖、苹果糖浆、薄荷叶轻轻混合在一起。

2.Put ice cubes  till half glass, top-up apple juice and stir gently.

用冰块把杯子填至半杯满，加入苹果汁后再稍微搅拌。

3.Lastly crush ice and garnish.

2.Power Booster

Ingredients | 材料： 
Banana (1/2 pc) | 香蕉半条，Orange Fruit (1pc) | 橙1颗，Pineapple Fruit (½ wheel) | 凤梨（半片），Strawberry Puree 45ml | 草莓酱45毫升，Sugar Syrup 30ml |糖浆30毫升， Spritzer Sparkling   (Top Up/适量) 

Garnish | 装饰：Strawberry Slice | 草莓（切片），Orange Slice |橙（切片），Pineapple Slice | 凤梨（切片） ，Banana (½ pc) |香蕉（半根）

Method | 做法：

1.Put banana, orange, pineapple into the juice extractor.

先将香蕉，橙和凤梨放入榨汁机，搅成果汁。

2.Blend juice (banana, orange, pineapple) and strawberry puree
搅拌果汁（香蕉、橙与凤梨）与草莓泥。

3.Then blend with few cubes and Spritzer Sparkling  and put into glass with garnish.

再放入一些冰块和Spritzer Sparkling 一起搅拌。之后就可倒入杯子进行装饰。
