绿茶马卡龙

不要小看这小小粒,一口可吃掉的马卡龙,如果你是喜欢吃马卡龙,那你一定知道一粒马卡龙在市面的上的价钱是多么的可观啊!一盒6粒马卡龙可能已经花上RM24-RM40吧!可是就是不能抵挡那么美味的马卡龙。不过,现在你可以用这价钱,买食材然后可以做出更多的马卡龙了!而且做法超简单的!

You’re so in love with macaroons but you can’t afford to buy many because they are expensive? Then why not trying to make it yourself? You can use the same amount of money spent on macaroons to make more macaroons than that!

Ingredient and Portion | 材料与分量:70g powdered sugar | 糖分 70克, 60g Almond powder | 杏仁粉 60克, 40g granulated sugar | 砂糖 40克, 50g egg white | 蛋白 50克, 6g Green tea powder | 绿茶粉 6克

Ingredients for Macaroons Filling | 马卡龙内陷: 50g Chestnut paste | 栗子蓉 50克, 25g Light whipped cream | 淡忌廉 25克

Method | 做法:
Steps to Prepare in Advance:
Step 1: Draw a 3.5cm in diameter round shape onto a buttered paper. Then turn the buttered paper around and place onto the baking tray.
在牛油纸上画出直径3.5cm圆形,翻面铺在焗盆上。

Step 2: Pour powdered sugar and almond powder into a sieve. Sieve twice.
把杏仁粉和糖分混合,过筛2次。

Step 3: Pre-heat oven at 140 degrees.
预热烤炉140度。

Method (For macaroons shell)| 做法 (马卡龙面糊):
Step 1: Beat up 33g of egg white until fluffy. Add in granulated sugar bit by bit and whisk until near stiff peaks.
把33克蛋白打至起泡,然后分2次加入砂糖至打发。

Step 2: Add in Green tea powder (through a sieve); and stir until mixed well.
加入绿茶粉(过筛),搅拌均匀。

Step 3: Add in the mixture of that green tea and egg white that had been whisked earlier and the remaining 17g egg white into the sieved powdered sugar and almond powder mixture and mix evenly. Remember to be soft and use cut & fold technique.
把蛋白霜(已经混合绿茶和蛋白的蛋糊)就是17克的蛋白加入已经过筛的粉类拌均匀。搅拌均匀的过程要轻手,而且要拌均至没有粉粒便完成。

Step 4: Place the mixture into a piping bag. Pipe the mixture onto the buttered paper and it is advisable to begin from the center of the round shape and press the mixture out until it forms a round shape and remember not to pipe out of the round shape.
然后将面糊放入挤袋里,就可以进行挤模了。挤马卡龙的同时也有一定的技巧的,建议大家由圆形的中间部分挤,记得不要挤太多至出模哦!

Step 5: Lightly pat on the baking tray so that the macaroon shell mixture will slightly turn flatter.
然后轻轻的拍打焗盆底部,让马卡龙的表面变平一点。

Step 6: Place macaroons in room temperature for 30 minutes or until the mixture does not stick on your finger when touched.
让马卡龙静坐在室温里大约30分钟,如果面糊不黏手,就可以放入烤盆里烤了。

Step 7: Bake for 12 minutes with 140 degrees.
用140度烤上12分钟,就可以了。

Method for Macaroons Filling: / 马卡龙内陷做法:
Step 1: Mix both ingredients and stir well.
把栗子蓉和淡忌廉拌均。

Step 2: Put into piping bag, and ready to use as filling.
放入挤袋里,挤进切半的马卡龙里,就完成了!

看过了绿茶马卡龙后,当然要来一些更简单而且零失败的北海道牛奶布丁了!那滑不留口的布丁,一直吃都不够“喉”哦!

Let’s try to make some milk puddings with just few easy steps! So~ yummy!

Ingredient and Portion | 材料与分量:350ml Milk | 牛奶 350毫升, 150ml light cream | 淡忌廉 150haos, 35g Sugar | 砂糖 35克, 10g Gelatine | 鱼胶粉 10克, 15g water | 水 15克

Method | 做法:
Step 1: Pour hot water into the gelatine powder and stir, using double-boiling method to make the gelatine melt.
把鱼胶粉用水拌均,用热水座溶

Step 2: Pour milk into pot and add sugar and cook in low heat
牛奶加入砂糖用细火煮溶

Step 3: Turn off the heat, add in gelatine mixture into it and stir well
关火后,加入鱼胶溶液拌均

Step 4: Add in Light cream and stir well
加入淡忌廉后搅拌均匀

Step 5: Pour the mixture from the pot to a big measuring cup, remember to put a sieve on top to sieve the gelatine that is not well-melted
用比较大的测量杯,把混合物过筛

Step 6: Pour into a nice glass jar, and put into the fridge for 2 hours
倒入玻璃瓶,放入冰箱里大约2个小时便完成了

西瓜盅

西瓜盅, 西瓜, 水果, 食谱
天气热或是家里开”趴”的朋友可以试一试这个西瓜盅。简单容易,而且可以解暑呢!现在天气那么热,来一粒也不过分吧?!

Let’s make this Watermelon Bowl for the party should we? Just right for the sweltering hot weather!

Ingredient and Portion | 材料与分量:1 watermelon | 西瓜 1个, 1/2 honeydew | 蜜瓜 1/2个, 1/2 Cantaloupe | 哈密瓜 1/2 个

Method | 做法:
Step 1: Look for 1/3 position from the watermelon and cut it
在西瓜的1/3 位置切开 (切半也可以)

Step 2: Scoop out the watermelon flesh until it is emptied. Then put the watermelon into the fridge, remember to use plastic wrap to wrap it
把西瓜肉挖球状,直到挖到底,把挖好的西瓜肉放入冰箱里,然后西瓜壳记得要用保鲜纸包起来一起放入冰箱里

Step 3: Scoop out the honeydew and cantaloupe’s flesh into a ball shape too and then place into the fridge to chill it
与西瓜一样的做法,把哈密瓜和蜜瓜挖成球状,放入冰箱里

Step 4: Take the leftover juice and flesh of those 3 fruits and put into the blender and then once blended, put it into the fridge
把剩余的果肉和果汁放入搅拌器里搅拌,然后放入冰箱里

Step 5: Pour half of the juice into the emptied watermelon, and add in the fruit balls that had been scooped out earlier into it
最后,把一半果汁倒进西瓜壳内,加入水果球便完成了
