The wan tan mee for me was rather normal, and not very unique. It was topped with few slices of caramelised roast pork (char siew) and chye sim (sawi vegetables) on a plate in dry form with soya sauce and sesame oil.You can request for wan tan mee soup which will be served in a clear pork stock. The noodles was not springy enough for my liking. Do eat the wan tan mee with the pickled green chillies for a more sourish and spicier taste.
