I love to have this roti besides from the usual roti telur or roti kosong. The version here is one of the best thosai in my books. My mum and I loved the thin layer of fermented rice batter, with aromatic rice flavour and slight sourness taste to it. Not to mention that it was crispy, quite addictive stuff The dhall here was good as well, with the reasonable consistency and warm temperature.
