There are siew mai, har gao, fried poh piah and tau hu. The only dim sum i dislike here is the har gao. the skin is too thick and not transaparent. Some more the patty are not whole prawns inside.

 Hong Kong style dim sum

All of these dishes are the dim sum. There are siew mai, har gao, fried poh piah and tau hu. The only dim sum i dislike here is the har gao. the skin is too thick and not transaparent. Some more the patty are not whole prawns inside.
