Pavilion coffee is a cafe style restaurant serving various types of food. It is actually flavoured rice cooked with dried raisins and spices served with braised vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions). It tastes quite ?bland. The rice is cooked just right but it lacks flavour. To me, the braised vegetables do not complement the rice that well. I would never order this
