Eggette (HK Egg Puff) is the egg based waffle. It was made on the spot and served fresh and hot on our table. It had crispy crust but fluffy inside. If you want to fix your crave for eggette, HK triplemilk can serve you a good one. Another specialty is the frozen yoghurt. We opted original flavour frozen yoghurt and combined red beans and pop balls as the toppings, drizzled with chocolate sauce.
