Don't underestimate these two old women selling noodles by the roadside!It's amazing how they still work so hard despite their age.This delicious looking curry noodle comes with many pieces of squid, 'tau fu pok', cubes of pig blood and a big spoonful of chilli paste. Even though the hot soup is normal, adding the super spicy chilli paste amps up the flavour. Careful with how much you add though! For someone like me who can't take spicy food, it was too much. This delicious looking curry noodle comes with many pieces of squid, 'tau fu pok', cubes of pig blood and a big spoonful of chilli paste. Even though the hot soup is normal, adding the super spicy chilli paste amps up the flavour. Careful with how much you add though! For someone like me who can't take spicy food, it was too much. The squid was full of flavour and the whole bowl in general tasted great (except it was too spicy for me).
